摘要
本工作研究了温度对离子膜电解及种分铝酸钠溶液的影响,在研究不同温度下电解相同铝酸钠溶液的过程中,掌握了电流、电解时间与温度的关系。用相同的晶种和晶种系数种分离子膜电解的铝酸钠溶液时,发现了温度对分解率的影响规律,分析得到较佳的电解和种分温度。通过对产品粒度的分析,得出较高温度更有利于附聚,产品粒度大的结论。
This work studied the influence of temperature on the ion- exchange membrane electrolyze and precipitation sodium aluminate solution. In the process of ion - exchange membrane electrolyze the same sodium aluminate solution under different temperature, the relations of current, electrolytic time to temperature was discovered. When the sodium aluminate solution of ion - exchange membrane electrolyte decomposed by the same seeds and the seeds ratio under different temperature, the rule of the decomposition rate of sodium ahiminate solution was investigated, the better temperature for ionexchange membrane electrolyze and decompose sodium aluminate solution of ion - exchange membrane electrolyte was obtainned by contrast with the decomposition rate and products granlarity at different temperature conditions.
