摘要
本文对拜耳法铝酸钠溶液种分附聚过程进行了研究 ,采用降温方式 ,利用最小二乘法求出附聚动力学方程为dC/dt=3 .14× 10 1 0 ×exp( -88.14× 10 3/RT)× (C -Ce) 2 ,表观活化能为 88.14kJ/mol。
The paper describes the agglomeration process of crystalline particles during precipitation in sodium aluminate solution of Bayer process.It derives aggglomeration dynamics formula dC/dt=3.4×10^(10)×exp(-88.14×10~3/RT)×(C-Ce)~2 with method of least squares in cooling down way.The aggarent activation energy is 88.14kJ/mol.The constant of precipitation rate derived under different temperatures can well match with Arrhenius formula.
