摘要
目的研究复方首乌藤合剂对小鼠的促智活性。方法采用跳台法。结果复方首乌藤合剂能增强自然衰老小鼠的学习和记忆能力,并对分别由东莨菪碱、亚硝酸钠和40%乙醇引起的小鼠记忆获得、记忆巩固和记忆再现病理模型有较明显的改善作用。结论复方首乌藤合剂中含有促智活性物质,它可能是本品具有良好临床疗效的物质基础。
OBJECTIVE To study the nootropic effect of compound Caulis Polygoni Multiflori mixture in mice. METHODS Water-maze test and Step-down test were used to evaluate the nootropic effect. RESULTS The compound Caulis Polygoni Multiflori mixture could increase learning and memory ability of old mice and also improve the impairments of memory acquisition, memory consodilidation and memory retrieval induced by scopolamine, NaNO2 and 40% Ethanol in mice, respectively. CONCLUSION The compound Caulis Polygoni Multiflori mixture contains the substances of increasing intelligence which may be the substantial basis of the drug having significant clinical therapeutic effect.
