摘要
目的:研究珠黄镇惊片改善认知功能障碍,促进学习和记忆的药效及作用机制。方法:从行为学方面应用小鼠记忆获得、记忆巩固和记忆再现障碍模型证明珠黄镇惊片对电休克和化学物质造成的小鼠记忆获得、记忆巩固和记忆再现障碍的改善作用。结果:小鼠跳台法与避暗法证明:珠黄镇惊片对电休克导致小鼠记忆获得障碍有明显的改善作用,可明显改善东莨菪碱造成的小鼠记忆获得障碍、亚硝酸钠造成的记忆巩固障碍、乙醇造成的记忆再现障碍。珠黄镇惊片对受试小鼠有镇静作用,表现为小鼠自主活动减少。结论:珠黄镇惊片可改善认知功能障碍,具有明确的促进学习和记忆的作用。
Objective:To study the effect of ZhuHuang Zhenjingpian on amelioration of cognition function and promotion of learning process.Methods:To observe one trail passive avoidance response and step through test in mice was used to find out the protective effect of ZhuHuang Zhenjingpian on consolidation impairment of memory in electroshock mice.The protective effects of ZhuHuang Zhenjingpian on the acquistion impairment induced by scopolamine,the consolidation disruption by NaNO2,the retrieval deficit by ethanol of memory were abserved in step down test.Results:The protective effects of ZhuHuang Zhenjingpian on the acquistion impairment induced by scopolamine,the consolidatin disruption by NaNO2,the retrieval deficit by ethanol of memory we proved.Conclusion:ZhuHuang Zhenjingpian improved cognition function.It has definite effect of promoting learning and rememberign process.
