摘要
目的采用HPLC法对风湿定胶囊中丹皮酚含量进行测定。方法Agilent ZORBAXXDB-C18色谱柱（4．6mm×250mm，5μm），流动相为甲醇-水（80：20），检测波长274nm，流速为1ml／min，柱温35℃。结果丹皮酚在0．0313-0．6260μg范围内呈良好的线性关系，r=0．9999，平均回收率为97．5％，供试品溶液在8h内稳定，RSD为1．05％。结论本方法简单、快速、准确，能够获得满意的测定结果。
Aim To construct an HPLC method for the determination of paeonol in Fengshiding capsules. Method The HPLC system consisted of C18 column （4.6mm×250mm,5μm）, methanol-water（80： 20）as mobile phase, a flow rate（1ml/min） and column temperature at 35℃. Results Paeonol showed a good linear relationship with in a range of 0.031 3 -0.626 0℃g（ r =0.999 9） ; the mean recovery was 97.5% ,and the RSD within 8 hours was 1.05%. Conclusion The method is simple and accurate and can be used for quality control in Fengshiding capsules.
