摘要
石墨因具有较高的阻尼性能,成为提高铝基复合材料阻尼性能的理想增强体。本文用爆轰合成的纳米石墨粉作为增强体,采用粉末冶金的方法,对纳米石墨(n-G r)-A l-Mg-S i复合材料进行了热压。X射线衍射表明烧结体中出现了Mg2S i强化相,场发射扫描电镜分析表明加入1%(质量分数)纳米石墨可以较好地分散在铝基材料中。通过对其阻尼性能进行研究,表明纳米石墨可以使复合材料的阻尼性能提高10%以上。
Because of its high damping properties, nano-graphite (n-Gr) has become an ideal additive for aluminum matrix composite materials. In the paper, the reinforced n-Gr was used as an additive, and the powder metallurgical method war adopted to hot press n-Gr-Al-Mg-Si composite materials. X-ray diffraction analysis indicates that the reinforced Mg2Si appeared. Field ewission scanning electron microscope (FEM) analysis suggests that the addition of 1% (mass percentage) can disperse it into aluminum matrix composite materials. The study of the latter's damping properties shows that n-Gr can enhance the damping properties upto over 10%.
