摘要
对比研究了碳化硅 ( Si C)、石墨 ( Gr)混杂增强铝硅合金复合材料 ( Al- Si/Si C+ Gr)与铸铁、以及基体铝硅合金的干摩擦磨损性能。 Al- Si/Si C+ Gr显现了优异的耐磨性 ,分别是基体铝硅合金的 6~ 8倍和铸铁的 1~ 3倍。同样 ,其抗咬合性能明显比铸铁好。 Al- Si/Si C+ Gr对配偶钢的磨损非常轻微 ,在 40 N( 1 .44MPa)载荷时配偶钢的磨损分别是铝硅合金基体情况下的 1 /39和铸铁情况的 1 /5。Al- Si/Si C+ Gr-钢摩擦副的总磨损率也很微小。
