摘要
由自蔓延高温合成技术制取的材料普遍具有孔隙率大的特点,而把SHS工艺和熔融金属渗入技术结合可以制得致密度高的复合材料。复合材料性能测试结果表明:硬度提高了44HB.相对耐磨性提高了82%。
The material made from self-propagating high temperature synthesis technique has a lot of cavities.The combination of SHS and molten metal infiltration can produce composite material of high densification.The effect of property test on the composite material is that the hardness increases 44HB,ε increases by 86%.
