摘要
中国农村剩余劳动力转移的任务非常艰巨,作为农村剩余劳动力转移主渠道的乡镇企业在吸纳劳动力方面的能力却在下降。为此,本文从经济体制的变革、经营环境的变化、乡镇企业自身素质、资本和技术对劳动力的替代等方面分析了导致乡镇企业吸纳劳动力能力下降的原因,探讨了增强乡镇企业劳动力吸纳能力的若干途径。
The task of transferring rural surplus labor force is arduous in China today. However, as the most main way of absorbing rural labor force, the role of township and village enterprises is descending. The paper analyzed the reasons from economic system, operating environment, self - quality and substitution capital and technology for labor. Besides, the paper provided some ways to boost up TVE＇ s capability to absorb labor.
