摘要
炼油企业的油品生产,是一个复杂的系统工程。在原油短缺、加工手段允许的情况下,如何选择合理的自营原油和进口原油,优化加工方案和产品结构,是企业经营的一个重要课题,也是企业提高经济效益的重要途径。本文利用线性规划优化系统对不同炼油厂进行不同方案的测算,就炼油企业如何优化生产要素,提高经济效益,提出了若干看法。
The production of petroleum products in refineries is a complicated sys- tems engineering. Under the present situation that domestic crude oil is in short supply while excessive processing capacities are available in refineries, how to balance both the self-man- aged crudes and the imported crudes to optimize the overall processing scheme and the pro- duct slate, is an important topic for the enterprise management, and also a key measure for increasing the refinery's economic benefit. In this article, some case computation results for different kinds of refineries by using linear programming optimization system are presented and some viewpoints concerning the optimization of production elements to increase the bene- fit of refineries are put forward.
