摘要
相变储热微胶囊技术是用一种利用聚合物包覆相变材料,形成粒径为2μm~1000μm的微小粒子技术,其应用于建筑材料中,利用微胶囊相变储存、释放能量,可以使住宅具有自调温功能,节约大量能源,并且能够克服相变物质直接应用于建筑材料中的种种缺陷。本文从建筑节能的角度出发,阐述了微胶囊的基本原理和制备方法,指出相变材料微胶囊化的意义。并且根据现有的实验研究和应用,总结出相变储热微胶囊技术对充分利用太阳能、缓解电网压力有非常现实的作用,具有很大的节能潜力。
The technology of microcapsules is to make the phase-change material covered by another polymer, then which can be formed into a capsule with the diameter of 2 μm- 1000 μm. When applying this technology to building materials, the building can adapt its temperature by itself. Meanwhile, this technology can overcome the shortage when applying the phase-change material to the building directly. In this article, as far as the architectural energy efficiency is concerned, the basic principle and preparations methods of the microcapsules are illustrated, and the signification of microcapsules thermal storage by changing phase is discussed. Based on the present researches and applications, it can be concluded microcapsule technology has a realistic effect on using solar energy and supplementing electricity. So the mieroeapsules have great potentials for energy efficiency.
