摘要
利用O/W型乳化添加非溶剂法,研究制备水溶性药物茶碱为核物质,乙基纤维素为壳物质的微胶囊的方法及特性。本研究选用甲苯为溶剂,环已烷为非溶剂。探讨高分子溶液浓度、核物质与壳物质比例、非溶剂滴加速率及搅拌速率等对于微胶囊的粒径分布、表面形态的影响。
Amethod based on O/W emuision non-solvent addition method to prepare ethylcellulose (EC)microcapsules of water-soluble pharmaceuticals(theophylline)was developed.The solvent and non-solvent used in this work were toluene and cyclohexane, respectively. The effect of polymer concentration,core wall ratio, non-solvent addition speed and mechanical stirring speed on the particle size distribution and surface mophology were investigated,
