摘要
溧水县新建殡仪馆场地内全是膨胀土,我们根据《膨胀土地区建筑技术规范》有关要求,结合以往工程实际和经验教训进行了调查,从地基处理、基础和主体施工、排水系统等多方面进行控制,采用弹性地基,基础施工释放能量,加强上部结构抗裂能力的方法,取得成功。该工程被评为2003年南京市"金陵杯"市优质工程,经十多年使用情况良好。
There are all expensive soil within the field of New funeral home, Lishui County.Based on the demand of ＂expansive land area building technical specifications＂, combined with engineering practice and lessons learned from the past, investigation was done. Made success by using of elastic base, energy release in the foundation construction, strengthen the superstructure cracking ability from many aspects of foundation treatment, foundation and main structure construction, drainage systems, etc. The project was awarded ＂Jinling Cup＂ City quality works in 2003 in Nanjing, it is in good condition after ten years use.
