微切口人工晶体Acri.smart植入术的初步临床研究 被引量:2

Preliminary clinical study on Acri.smart intraocular lens implantation with micro-incision

摘要 目的评估双手微切口超声乳化及Acri.smart人工晶体植入术的安全性、有效性。方法对22例(27眼)老年性白内障患者行双手微切口超声乳化术,植入Acri.smart人工晶体。观察患者术后视力、超声乳化时间、角膜内皮丢失率、散光变化及手术并发症。结果术后1周、1月、3月裸眼视力≥0.5的患者所占比例分别为85.2%,92.6%,96.3%,术后3个月矫正视力≥0.8为82.5%。平均有效乳化时间(EPT)为(4.8±3.13)sec,平均乳化能量为(13.6±7.32)%。角膜内皮丢失率为14.95%,术后1周和1月的散光分别为(0.72±0.35)D,(0.77±0.37)D。所有患者术中均切口密闭,前房稳定,未出现角膜灼伤等并发症。2例早期患者术中出现晶体断裂。结论双手微切口超声乳化及Acri.smart人工晶体植入术是安全有效的,可以通过1.2mm微切口实现白内障手术。 Objective To evaluate the safety and effectiveness of bimanual microphacoemulsification and Acri.smart intraocular lens implantation. Methods 22 patients (27eyes) with age-related cataract were performed with bimanual microphacoemulsification and Acri.smart intraocular lens implantation. The visual acuity, phacoemulsification time, the endothelial cell loss percentage, astigmatism and operative complications were observed. Results The visual acuity equal or better than 0.5 were 85.2%, 92.6% and 96.3% one day, one month and three month after surgery respectively. The best corrected visual acuity equal or better than 0.8 three month after surgery was 82.5%. The mean effective phacoemulsification time was (4.8 ± 3.13) sec and mean phacoemulsification energy was (13.6± 7.32)%. The endothelial cell loss percentage was 14.95% three month after surgery. The astigmatism of the corneal were (0.72 ± 0.35) D and (0.77 ± 0.37) D one week and one month after surgery respectively. There was no operative complication except two intraocular lens were broken during implantation. Conclusions The bimanual microphacoemulsification and Acri.smart intraocular lens implantation are safe and effective which can be performed through a 1.2mm incision.
