摘要 目的进行Er:YAG激光乳化在白内障搞出术中的临床应用研究。方法用Er:YAG激光仪对13例老年性白内障施行激光乳化术。观察术中Er:YAG激光对晶状体核乳化作用及手术前后视力、角膜散光、角膜内皮细胞变化。结果30mJ的激光能量能有效乳化5级核在内的晶状体硬核。术后3mo视力达0.5~1.0,角膜散光在未扩大切口者为0.35DC,扩大切口者为0.96DC,角膜内皮细胞丢失率为8.5%.结论Er:YAG激光乳化术能有效乳化晶状体硬核.具有角膜切口更小,对眼内组织损伤更轻等优点。 To observe the clinical effect of Er:YAG laser phacoemulsification for cataract surgery. Method Er: YAG laser phacoemulsification were randomly performed on 13 cases of senile cataract. The emulsification of Erbium laser to hard nucleus was observed and the vision,astigmatism,corneal endothelial cell number of preoperation and postoperation were compared. Result At the 3rd month after surgery,the patients visual was better than 0.5, the best one, 1. 0. The loss rate of comeal endothelial cell was 8. 5 %. The astigmatism caused by surgery was 0. 96DC in the cases with IOL implantation,and 0. 35DC in those without IOL implantation. Conclusion The Er: YAG laser phacoemulsification is an advantageous cataract surgery method with small incision and little thermal damage. It may emulsify hard nucleu.
