摘要
应用叶下珠复方治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎５４例，与灭澳灵１０例作对照。结果显示叶下珠复方组治疗３个月（其中１０例治疗６个月）．临床症状体征显著改善，肝功能复常或明显改善者达８２．６％；ｅ抗原及ＨＢＶ—ＤＮＡ转阴率分别为４６．２％（２４／５２）和４６．３％（１９／４１）；疗效优于灭澳灵组（上述３项指标分别为２０％，１０％，１００％；Ｐ＜０．０１和Ｐ＜０．０５）。叶下珠复方组治疗３个月后ｅ抗原及ＤＮＡ未阴转中１０例延长疗程至６个月，结果ｅ抗原及ＨＢＶ—ＤＮＡ转阴分别为６例；ｅ抗原阴转患者中大部分伴随ＨＢＶ—ＤＮＡ阴转（８５．７％）及肝功能复常或改善（１００％）。ｅ抗原及ＮＢＶ—ＤＮＡ的阴转率似在成年患者及病程短者较高；而与中医证型似无明显关系。研究表明叶下珠复方治疗慢性乙型病毒性肝炎具有一定的疗效，延长疗程似可提高疗效，尚需进一步研究。
Fifty-four patients with chronic hepatitis B were treated with Phyllanthus Amarus(Ye XiaZhu)and ten patients treated with Mie Ao Ling as control in our study from 1995 to 1996.Theresult showed that in patients using Phyllanthus Amarus for three months(ten patients for six months),The clinical symptoms and signs were remarkably improved;normalization or remarkable improvement of ALT and AST accounted for 82.6%,while only 20%in control(X2=7,869,P<0.01);the ratesof HBeAg and HBV-DNA returning to negative were 46.2%(24/52)and 46.3%(19/41),which is superior to that of the control(10% and 10%,X2=4.59and 4.45 respectively,P<0.05).HBeAg and HBV-DNA returned to negative in 6 of 10 patients using Phyllanthus Amarus after six months prolonged course of treatment.In most of patients with HBeAg returning to negative aftertreatment,HBV-DNA also returned to negative(85.7%),liver function tests were normalized or remarkably improved(100 %).The rates ofHBeAg and HBV-DNA returning to negative seemed higher in adults and patients with shorterduration of illness,but not related with TCM syndromes. No clinical side effect was observed.This study indicates that Compound Phyllanthus Amarus are effective for chronic hepatitis B,andprolongation of treatment course seems to improve the effect.This remains to be further studied.
