摘要
从大戟科植物叶下珠PhyllanthusurinariaL.全草中分离出6个单体化合物，经化学和光谱鉴定为：鞣花酸（ellagicacid，Ⅰ）、3，3’，4-三甲氧基鞣酸（3、3’，4－tri-ome－thlellagicacid，Ⅱ）、丁二酸（Ⅲ）、阿魏酸（Ⅳ）、胡萝卜甙（Ⅴ）和没食子酸（Ⅵ）．其中Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ及Ⅴ为首次从该植物中分得。
Six compounds were isolated from the whole herb of Phyllanthus urinaria L. They were id entified as ellagic acid (Ⅰ), 3, 3', 4-tri·O-methylellagic acid (Ⅱ), succinic acid (Ⅲ ), feru lic (Ⅳ ), β-sitosterol-glucoside (Ⅴ ) and gallic acid (Ⅵ ) by means of spectral analysis and chemical reaction- Compound Ⅱ, Ⅲ, Ⅳ, and Ⅴwere isolated for the first time from this plant
