摘要
抚顺石油一厂和大连理工大学共同开发的ＸＹＦ－５型旋液式油水分离器是一种高效快速新型的油水分离器。含油污水在０．８～０．９ＭＰａ压力下，双向切线进入速度为２００００～３００００ｒ／ｍｉｎ的分离器中，高速旋转产生离心力场，经２～３ｓ后油水迅速分离。在不投加任何药剂的情况下，处理后的污水含油量降到１５ｍｇ／Ｌ以下，其效果达到了二级加药压力浮选的水平。该技术与目前国内炼油厂污水处理通用的二级加药压力浮选比较，既缩短了油水分离时间（由６０ｍｉｎ缩短到２～３ｓ），减少了建筑用地，又节约了大量药剂消耗，更重要的是不加药剂，不产生浮渣，从工艺上彻底解决了目前国内炼油厂污水处理中存在急待解决的浮渣处理难、成本高等问题。
XYF-5 liquid revolving type oil-water separator is a new type of oil-water separator with high efficiency and high speed. Waste water tangentially enters the separator from two directions underthe pressure of 0. 8～0. 9 MPa. Oil separated from the water in 2-3 seconds by the function of the centrifugal force field which was generated by the high speed revolution, 2000～3000 r/min. The oil contentof the water was less than 15mg/L after the treatment without adding any chemicals, which reaches the standard of two stage flotation with chemicals. In comparison with the conventional flotation, this new type of separator has the advantages of : shorten the separating time, decrease the construction area, no chemical consumption, and no flotation sludge disposal. Thus, the treatment cost is significantly decreased.
