摘要
以芳香酮、醛和芳香胺为原料,用微波辐射法合成了一种高温酸化用缓蚀剂。采用正交试验法确定了缓蚀剂合成的最佳工艺条件:微波反应功率为800W,介质的pH值为2,反应时间为15min,反应物料配比(酮:醛:胺)为1∶2∶1.2。在20%HCl及土酸中加2.5%(体积分数)缓蚀剂,N80钢片在16MPa、140℃条件下动态腐蚀评价达到行业一级标准。合成的缓蚀剂分子在钢片表面产生一层吸附膜达到缓蚀目的,并和复配物通过协同效应提高缓蚀性能。
A high-temperature acid corrosion inhibitor was synthesized for aromatic ketone,aldehyde and aromatic amine by microwave radiation.The optimum reaction conditions were that when microwave power was 800W,medium pH was 2,the reaction time was 15 min and the ratio of raw materials(ketone:aldehyde:amine)was 1∶2∶1.2 by orthogonal experiment.The dynamic corrosion evaluation of N80 steel piece achieved the industry primary standard when 2.5%(volume percent)of corrosion inhibitor was added to 20% HCl and mud acid in 16MPa,140℃.The synthesised corrosion inhibitor produced a layer of adsorption membrane on the surface of steel plates,and then improved corrosion properties with compound by way of collaborative effect.
