摘要 本文就我国多年来对疾病传播数学模型和疾病传播动力学研究和应用的经验,结合我国疾病防治的实践,简要地论述疾病传播数学模型和疾病传播动力学的功能,疾病传播动力学研究的主要内容和重要的理论指标,如疾病传播速率、疾病的基本繁殖率和疾病的传播阈值、疾病传播的平衡状态及其流行病学意义,以及数学模型和传播动力学对于设计和制定防治策略和措施的指导作用,目的在于促进我国理论流行病学的研究和应用,以利于我国流行病学和防治工作水平的提高。 This paper is going to briefly discuss the function of mathematical model and transmission dynamics of diseases; the basic form of deterministic differential equation of diseases and its epidemiological significance ; the principle studied content and some important theoretical indices of transmission dynamics including the transmission velocity, the basic reproductive rate, the threshold of diseases transmission, the equilibrium state of diseases transmission and their epidemiological significance; the directive function of transmission dynamics of diseases in designing the control strategy and control measures of diseases. It is combined with the experience studying and applying mathematical model and transmission dynamics and with diseases control practice in our country for years. The purpose of this paper is to promote studies and applications of theoretical epidemiology and enhance epidemiology and diseases control in our country.
