2A12铝合金的车削有限元仿真与试验研究 被引量:4

摘要 为进一步研究2A12铝合金的切削机制,利用Deform 3D有限元软件对其车削过程进行仿真,获得不同切削速度、进给量和切削深度下切削力的变化规律。仿真结果可以为切削用量的优化选择提供理论依据。采用单因素试验法,在CA6140车床上进行了车削2A12铝合金的加工试验,试验结果与有限元仿真的结果吻合度较高,并分析了产生误差的原因。 To further study the cutting mechanism of 2A12 aluminum alloy, the turning process of 2A12 aluminum alloy has been simulated by using of Deform 3D finite element software and the variation law of cutting force among cutting speed, feed-rate and cutting depth has been obtained. The simulation results can provide a theoretical basis for optimizing cutting parameters. The 2A12 aluminum alloy cutting tests have been carried out on CA6140 lathe by using of single factor. The test cutting results are in coincide highly with that of sim- ulation results. The error-cause has been analyzed as well.
