摘要
本文观察了部分尿毒症患者红细胞可变形性和红细胞膜流动性，并与正常人红细胞进行了比较。发现，尿毒症患者红细胞可变形性及红细胞膜流动性均明显降低。结果为临床治疗尿毒症提供了更进一步的理论依据。
The erythrocyte deformability and the erythrocyte membrane lipid fluidity of uremic patients wereobserved and compared with those of normal subjects. The results showed that the erythrocyte deformability andthe erythrocyte membrane lipid fluidity of uremic patients decreased distinctly. It is suggested that the improvement of erythrocyte quality is as important as that of erythrocyte quantity in the treatment of uremic patients.
