摘要
创新型教师必须具备的基本素质,即相关学科知识拓展素质、现代教育技术运用素质、培养学生创新思维素质、教育科学研究素质、良好健康的心理素质。教师只有不断提高自身的整体素质,才能成为大有作为的创新型教师。
A creative teacher must have the following basic qualities including qualities to get broadened knowledge relevant to the subject, to use modern technology, to train students with creative thinking, to do scientific research on education and to have good and healthy mentality. Only by promoting his all round qualities can a teacher finally be a creative one.
