摘要
标记是器件的标识,其打印方法有油墨打印和激光打印两种方式,油墨打印具有方便、价格便宜等特点,而激光打印具有打印字迹清晰、存留时间长等特点。耐溶剂性试验、交变湿热试验和盐雾试验是可以用来检验集成电路标记的三种方法,采用该三种方法分别时经过油墨打印和激光打印的器件进行试验,针对在试验中器件标记失效现象进行了探讨,并得出了油墨质量、盖板镀层质量、固化不好等问题是影响器件标记的因素。最后,提出了解决标记问题的几种方法。
