细胞粘附分子CD_（15）及纤维连接蛋白在肝细胞癌组织中的表达 被引量：1

摘要 应用免疫组化ＳＰ法观察细胞粘附分子ＣＤ＿（１５）及纤维连接蛋白在不同肝组织中的表达。正常肝和肝硬变组织中均无ＣＤ＿（１５）表达，肝癌组织中ＣＤ＿（１５）的阳性表达率为３０．６％（１５／４９）ＣＤ＿（１５）表达与肝癌组织分化程度无明显关系（Ｐ＞０．０５），而与转移有关（Ｐ＜０．０１）．在肝癌组织中，肝窦及细胞表面纤维连接蛋白完全消失。上述结果表明肝组织中ＣＤ＿（１５）和纤维连接蛋白变化对肝脏良、恶性病变判断有一定参考意义。
