肾细胞癌CD15和BCL-2的表达及临床意义

摘要 为了探讨评估肾细胞癌 (RCC)预后指标 ,应用免疫组化法研究 6 0例 RCC中细胞粘附分子 CD1 5和 Bcl- 2蛋白表达及其相关关系。结果表明 ,在 RCC中 CD1 5和 Bcl- 2表达阳性率分别为 70 .0 %和 6 1 .7%。 CD1 5高表达与 RCC分级、分期和淋巴结转移有关。 Bcl- 2低表达与 RCC分级有关 ,与其分期和淋巴结转移无关。 CD1 5表达与 Bcl- 2表达呈负相关。结果提示 ,CD1 5表达是 RCC发生、发展和转移的指标 ,Bcl- 2是 RCC发生的早期事件。 To study the prognostic predictor of renal cell carcinoma (RCC), the relationship between CD15 and bcl 2 protein expression in 60 cases of RCC was studied by immunohistochemical method. The positive rate of CD15 and bcl 2 protein expression was 70 0% and 61 7% respectively. The high level expression of CD15 was correlated with histologic grading, clinical staging and metastasis potential of RCC. The low level expression of bcl 2 was correlated with histologic grading, but not with clinical staging and metastasis potential. The expression of CD15 was negatively correlated with the expression of bcl 2. These results suggested that the expression of CD15 might be a useful indicator in evaluating carcinogenesis, progression and lymph node metastases. The expression of bcl 2 was an early event in RCC.
