摘要
应用免疫组化SP法观察了bcl-2和P53蛋白在74例中枢神经系统肿瘤中的表达情况。结果表明:(1)bcl-2蛋白的阳性表达率为10.8%。(2)P53蛋白在胶质瘤中均有表达,表达率不同,颅咽管瘤、垂体瘤、脑膜瘤、反应性胶质细胞增生和正常脑组织为阴性。据此本文认为:(1)bcl-2基因在脑瘤发生过程中的作用有限。(2)P53蛋白可能参与了脑胶质的发生、发展过程,且与肿瘤的组织分化程度有关。(3)bcl-2和P53两种癌蛋白表达无明显关系。
central nervous system tumors were studied by immunohistochemistry technique(spmethod) with monoclonal antibody against bcl-2 and P53 proteins.Results:(1)8 cases were bcl-2 proteinPositive (positive rate 10.8%).(2) P53 protein expression were only observed in gliomas including astro-cytoma,oligodendroglioma,ependymoma,with no reaction in meningioma,craniopharyngioma,pituitaryadenoma,reactive proliferation and normal brain tissues. Conclusions: (1)Less effect of bcl-2 gene on onco-genesis of central nervous system tumors was observed.(2)Abnormal P53 might be involved in tumorigen-esis and development of glioma. There is a statistically significant difference between P53 protein expres-sion and differentiation.
