非小细胞肺癌中PTEN与微血管生成的检测 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)组织中PTEN的表达与肿瘤微血管生成的关系。方法采用免疫组化SP法分别检测75例肺癌组织和20例正常肺组织PTEN蛋白情况,以及不同PTEN表达组的肺癌组织中微血管密度(MVD)值的变化。结果肺癌组织中PTEN的阳性表达率为48%(36/75),低于其在正常肺组织中的阳性表达率95%(19/20)(P<0.05);PTEN阳性组MVD值34.53±10.26低于PTEN阴性组的MVD值49.40±12.54(P<0.05)。结论肺癌中PTEN表达的减低可能促使微血管密度增加,导致肺癌预后不良。 Objective To study the relationship between the expression of phosphatase and tensin homologue deleted on chromosome ten (PTEN)and tumor angiogenesis in non -small cell lung carcinoma(NSCLC).Methods The microvascular density(MVD) and the expression of PTEN protein were detected in 75 cases of lung carcinoma tissues and 20 cases of normal lung tissues by Streptavidin - Peroxidase (S -P)immunohistochemical method. Results The positive rate of PTEN in lung carcinoma was 48% (36/75), that in normal lung carcinoma was 95% (19/20). It showed significant expressional difference between them( P 〈0. 05). The MVD in lung carcinoma with positive expression of PTEN was lower than that in lung carcinoma with negative expression of PTEN[ (34.53 ±10. 26)vs(49.40± 12.54)] ( P 〈0.05). Conclusion The lower expression of PTEN in lung carcinoma may lead to increase of the MVD, and it is associated with the bad prognosis of lung carcinoma. KEY WORDS
