摘要
本研究观察了人参总皂甙(GS)时兔血小板某些功能的影响,结果表明,GS 可明显抑制由花生四烯酸(AA)、ADP 和胶原诱导的血小板聚集和释放反应。GS 抑制血小板的作用可能涉及多种机理,不仅由 AA、ADP 和胶原诱导的血小板 TXA_2合成被 GS 抑制,而且血小板磷脂酶A_2、磷酸二酯酶和钙调素的活性也被 GS 所抑制。
The effect of ginsenosides(GS)on thefunctions of rabbit platelets was studied.The results showed that the platelet aggre-gation(n=8)and release(n=6)induced byarachidonic acid(AA),ADP and collagen wereinhibited markedly by GS.Several mechani-sms may be involved in the platelet inhibi-tory effect of GS,i.e.the TXA2 produ-ction of platelets(n=5),through AA,ADPand collagen was reduced by GS,and the activity of phospholipase A2(n=6),pho-sphodiesterase(n=8)and calmodulin(N=8)of platelets was also depressed by GS.
