摘要
采用一种新型活性催化剂,在常温下制备环氧—丙烯酸酯,再与蓖麻油聚氨酯预聚体制成互穿网络涂料。讨论了环氧—丙烯酸酯/聚氨酯的比例和选用不同环氧—丙烯酸酯对涂层性能的影响。实验表明,互穿网络涂料的物理性能与耐化学腐蚀性均有较大提高。
An epoxy-acrylic resin was prepared at the presence of an active catalyst at ambient temperature, then mixed with castor oil polyurethane prepolymer to obtain an IPN polymer coating. Influences of different epoxyacrylic resins and ration of epoxy-acrylic/polyurethane on the film performance were discussed. Experimentally it has shown that the IPN polymer coating has better physical properties and chemical resistance .
