摘要 本文采用各种封闭剂对甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)进行封端,并引入能发生自由基反应的官能团,将它与丙烯酸酯一起进行乳液共聚反应,制得高性能、单组份的聚氨酯—丙烯酸酯自交联型水乳胶漆,研究了各种因素对封闭反应和共聚反应的影响,确定了水乳胶配方及工艺,并测定了固化膜的性能。 In this paper, the structural self-crosslinking type monocomponent water emulsion of polyurethane-acrylate with high-performance was synthesized through the emulsion copolymeriza-tion of acrylates and prepolyurethanes which were double blocked by various blocking agents from toluene diisocyanate (TDD and in which the function groups liable to free radical polymerization were introduced. The effects of various factors on blocking raction and copolymerization have been studied. The technology and recipe of the water emulsion were determined and the properties of the cured films were also tested.
