摘要
利用IPN技术将芳香族异氰酸酯引入互穿聚合物网络涂层,取代部分脂肪族异氰酸酯。由于两种网络的互穿共容作用,使芳香族异氰酸酯造成的耐候性问题有效地得到改进。通过调整丙烯酸组分的单体组成和涂料配方,研制出一种耐候性的IPN改性丙烯酸聚氨酯涂料。曝晒试验结果表明,该涂料的耐候性优于一种市售的脂肪族丙烯酸聚氨酯涂料。
An aromatic isocyanate is introduced into an IPN coating system to partly substitute the aliphatic isocyanate.The poor weatherability of aromatic polyurethane is effectively improved by the compatibility of two polymer networks. A weather resistant IPN-improved acrylic polyurethane coating has been developed by controlling the composition of acrylic prepolymer and coating formulation. Field exposure has shown that the IPN-improved coating has higher weather resistance than a commercial aliphatic acrylic polyurethane coating.
