摘要 电阻法高炉炉衬测厚技术能在线连续监测炉衬的现存厚度及变化,分辨率达到30mm。采用这一技术可以随时了解高炉炉衬的侵蚀状况,从而改进操作,加强维护,使高炉安全生产和长寿。本文介绍了这一技术及在宝钢1号高炉的应用结果。 The method for measuring the lining thickness by use of resistance elements can make online and continuous monitor of the thickness and the variation of blast furnace lining. Sensibility of this method is 30 mm. Thus the wear or erosion of the lining can be monitored all the time, so that the BF operation and maintanance can be imporoved. The safety in production and prolongation of furnace campain may be achieved.
