摘要
细胞周期的研究是生物生长、发育、遗传及医学等相关领域中重大问题研究的基础,其运转的分子基础是以Cyc lin-CDK-CK I为中心的细胞周期网络调控系统。蛋白激酶CK2在进化过程中是最保守的蛋白激酶之一,大量的研究表明,其在细胞周期的调控中发挥着举足轻重的作用。
Research of cell cycle is the bas is of investigating the organism growth, development, heredity and other medical associated events. The molecular basis of cell cycle control is the CDK-Cyclin-CKI as the regulator control system with core. Protein kinase CK2 isone of the most conservative protein kinase during evolution and more and more researches have proved that protein kinase CK2 plays an important role in cell cycle control.
