摘要
目的:建立测定白花丹参中丹参酮Ⅱ_A 和隐丹参酮含量的方法。方法:高效液相色谱法,采用 Diamonsil C_(18)色谱柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(85:15),流速0.8mL·min^(-1),柱温35℃,检测波长为269nm。结果:丹参酮Ⅱ_A 在0.07~0.75μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均同收率为98.5%,RSD 为2.0%(n=5);隐丹参酮在0.04~0.43μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9994),平均回收率为102.1%,RSD 为1.7%(n=5)。结论:本法简便、可靠、准确。为白花丹参的质量评价提供了依据。
Objective : To develop a new method for the determination of tanshinone ⅡA and cryptotanshinone in root of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. f. alba. Methods:RP - HPLC was conducted on a Diamonsil C18 colomn ( 150 mm× 4. 6 mm,5 μm) , with mobile phase methanol - water ( 85: 15 ) , flow rate 0.8 mL · min ^-1 , detecting at 269 nm and column temperature at 35 ℃. Results : The linear range was 0. 07 - 0. 75 μg ( r = 0. 9998 ), the average recovery was 98.5 %, RSD = 2.0% ( n = 5 ) for tanshinone Ⅱ A and the linear range was 0. 04 - 0.43 μg ( r = 0. 9994), the average recovery was 102. 1% ,RSD = 1. 7% (n = 5 )for cryptotanshinone. Conclusion: The method is accurate, simple and effective. It can be used as a quality evaluation in Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. f. alba.
