摘要
目的 :建立丹参中水溶性成分和脂溶性成分同时定量的方法。方法 :高效液相色谱法 ,采用Shim packVP ODS(15 0mm× 4 6mm)C1 8色谱柱 ,以甲醇 - 0 5 %冰醋酸溶液梯度洗脱 ,检测波长为 2 81nm ,柱温为 35℃ ,流速为 0 8ml min。结果 :丹参素、丹参酮ⅡA、二氢丹参酮Ⅰ、隐丹参酮回归方程的相关系数依次为 0 9997,0 9997,0 9999和 0 9994 ,四种成分精密度试验RSD <2 % ,2 4h内稳定性试验RSD <2 % ,加样回收率试验RSD <5 %。结论 :通过对河南卢氏县 14种丹参样品的含量进行测定 ,说明本方法切实可行、稳定可靠、且重现性好 ,为丹参的质量评价提供了依据。
Objective:To develope a new method for determination of the water-soluble components and lipophilic components in Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.Method:A HPLC method was set up,using Shim-pack VP-ODS C 18 column (150mm×4.6mm),methanol∶0.5% acetic acid as mobile phase in gradient elution,with detection at 281nm,temperature of column is 35℃,rate flow is 0.8ml/min.Result:The correlation coefficient of the calibration curve of Danshensu Dhpl,Tanshinone ⅡA,Dihydrotanshinone Ⅰ and Cryptotanshinone were 0.9997,0.9997,0.9999 and 0.9994 respectively.The RSD of precision and stability of the sample was less than 2% in 24 hours.The RSD of the average recovery was less than 5%.Conclusion:The result of fourteen kinds of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.in Henan Lushi county indicates that this method is feasible,stable and offers a kind of method for quality evalution of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge.
