摘要
目的 研究股骨上段有效髓腔的几何形态特点 ,通过测量其参数 ,为假体柄与髓腔匹配、降低早期松动率提供依据。方法 对 2 6副 5 2根新鲜尸体股骨上段有效髓腔选定五个代表性平面进行CT扫描 ,通过计算其参数并进行分析 ,在三维空间重建股骨上段有效髓腔的立体形态。结果 股骨上段有效髓腔在冠状面上倾斜度为 5 48°± 1 45°,在矢状面上倾斜度为 7 5 2°±1 70°。结论 通过CT扫描 ,对图像进行测量分析 ,可重建股骨上段有效髓腔的立体形态 ,为假体插入柄与髓腔匹配、防止早期松动提供重要依据。
Objective To explore the geometric feature of the endosteal cavity of the upper femur.By measuring its datum to provide the foundation of the prosthesis stem designation.Methods By CT scanning,the selected representative planes of the 52 specimens(26 pairs)from fresh cadaver femurs were scanned.By calculating and analyzing its datum,the geometry of the effective cavity of the upper femur was reconstructed in three dimension.Results The obliquity of the effctive cavity of the upper femur is 5 48°±1 45°on the coronal plane and 7 52°±1 70° on the sagittal plane.Conclusion By CT scanning,the geometry of the effective cavity can be reconstructed by calculating and analyzing its picture.And this can provide important foundation to the designation of artificial prosthesis.
