Inhibitory kinetic fluorimetric determination of trace Arsenic(Ⅲ) in the presence of Arsenic(Ⅴ)

摘要 基于KBrO3与HCl反应,其产物能使丁基罗丹明B荧光猝灭,在As(Ⅴ)共存时As(Ⅲ)能灵敏抑制该反应,据此建立了测定痕量As(Ⅲ)的新方法.在最佳实验条件下,测定As(Ⅲ)的线性范围为7.7~153.8 ng/mL,方法的检出限为2.9 ng/mL.对30.8和92.3 ng/mL的As(Ⅲ)标准溶液平行测定11次,其相对标准偏差分别为1.3%和0.62%.并考察了常见物质的干扰情况.该方法用于环境水样中痕量As(Ⅲ)分析,回收率在98%~105%之间.并提出了可能的反应机理. A new kinetic fluorimetric method has been proposed for the determination of trace arsenic( Ⅲ ) in the presence of As(V ) based on its inhibition effect on the reaction between potassium bromate and hydrochloric acid. The quenching of fluorimetric intensity of butyl-rhodamine B by the reaction products was used to indicate the reaction. Under the optimum conditions the detection limit for the determination of arsenic( Ⅲ ) was found to be 2.9 ng/mL. The linear range is 7.7- 153.8 ng/mL. The relative standard deviation for the determination of different concentrations is lower than 1.3 %. The influence of common ions and organic compounds on the determination was investigated. The method could be applied to determine trace arsenic ( Ⅲ ) in le reaction methanism has been environmental samples. The recoveies are from 98% to in the work.
