摘要
在酸性介质中.SCN^-能使溴酸钾-溴化钾与罗丹明B反应体系的荧光强度增强,据此建立了测定痕量SCN的新方法。利用固定时间法优化了试剂浓度、反应时间和反应温度。在所选择的实验条件下测定SCN的线性范围为0.80—72ng/mL,方法的检出限为0.33ng/mL,对不同浓度的硫氰根测定其相对标准偏差小于1.0%,并考察了20多种离子和物质的干扰情况。该方法已用于吸烟者和不吸烟者唾液中SCN^-的测定。并对反应机理进行了探讨。
Based on the enhancing effect of SCN^- on the fluorimetric intensity of the reaction of potassium bromide -potassium bromate with rhodamine B, a new kinetic fluorimetric method for the determination of thiocyanate ( SCN^- ) in acid medium was developed. The experimental conditions including the reagent concentration, the reaction temperature and time were optimized at fixed reaction time. The linear range of the calibration curve was 0. 80 - 72 ng/mL SCN^- with a correlation coefficient of 0. 999 1. The detection limit of SCN was 0. 33 ng/mL and the relative standard deviations for 8.0 ng/mL and 64 ng/mL SCN^- were 1.01% and 0. 62% (n = 10), respectively. The effects of common ions and organic compounds on the determination were investigated. This method has been applied to the determination of trace SCN^- in saliva of smokers and non-smokers. The possible reaction mechanism was suggested.
