摘要
目的:建立测定痕量As(Ⅲ)的新方法。方法:在H2SO4介质中,KBrO3能氧化吖啶红(ADR),使其荧光猝灭,痕量As(Ⅲ)能灵敏阻抑该反应。结果:在最佳实验条件下,测定As(Ⅲ)的线性范围为0.015-0.450μg/ml,方法的检出限为2.1μg/L。对0.05μg/ml和0.15μg/ml的As(Ⅲ)标准溶液平行测定11次,其相对标准偏差分别为2.83%和2.31%。结论:用于环境样品中微量砷的测定,回收率在90.0%-107.2%之间,结果满意。
Objective: A new fluorimetric method is proposed for the determination of As(Ⅲ).Methods:The method is based on the inhibitory effect of As(Ⅲ) on the oxidation of Acridine Red(ADR) by potassium bromate in sulphuric acid medium,which resulted in the enhance of intensity of fluorescence.Results:The linear range was 0.0150.450 μg/ml with the detection limit of 2.1 μg/L.The RSD was less than 4.68% and the recoveries range 90.0%107.2%.Conclusion:The method can be applied to the determination of trace As in the samples with satisfactory results.
