摘要
目的 :应用HPLC法研究清热解毒注射剂中大黄药材蒽醌苷元类成分的指纹图谱。方法 :以大黄酸为参照物 ,应用HPLC色谱法 ,色谱柱 :μBondapak C18( 3 .9mm× 3 0 0mm ,10 μm) ,流动相 :乙腈 :0 .5 %磷酸 (梯度洗脱 ) ,柱温 :3 0°C ,检测波长 :43 0nm ,分析时间 :60min ,流速 :1.0mL。结果 :共标出大黄药材蒽醌苷元类成分 12个共有峰。结论 :方法稳定、可靠、重复性好。
Objective:To establish the fingerprint chromatogram of anthraquinones compounds in Radix et Rhizoma Rhei. Methods: HPLC with μBondapak-C 18 [3.9mm×300mm,10μm] column was used, the CH 3CN-0.5% H 3PO 4 (gradient elution) as a mobile phase and detection wavelength at 430nm. Results: 12 peaks were separated on the HPLC fingerprint of anthraquinones compounds in Rhubarb. Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate with a good reproducibility and can be used for a quality control method for Radix et Rhizoma Rhei.
