视神经疾病的基因治疗新进展 被引量:2

摘要 视神经由视网膜神经节细胞(RGC)轴索组成,因其周围无Schwann细胞,故损伤后不能再生。对于大多数可导致RGC发生不可逆损伤的视神经疾病,即使给予对因治疗,其视功能预后也较差;而对于遗传性视神经疾病,至今尚无有效的治疗方法。因此,相关的基因治疗研究便逐步受到重视和得以广泛开展,并有望成为某些视神经疾病的可供选择的治疗方法之一。
