视神经再生的实验研究
摘要
成年哺乳动物的视神经受损后不能自发再生,主要受视神经本身因素以及周围环境的影响。许多实验研究致力于促进视神经再生,包括神经保护、轴突延长、与靶组织再联系、功能恢复等,本文对此作一综述。
