摘要
介绍了Super O lefinsM ax多产丙烯助剂在中国石化武汉分公司重油催化裂化装置的工业应用情况,并与L丙烯助剂的使用情况进行了对比。结果表明,前者具有高活性和优良的耐磨性能;前者有较强增产液化气作用,对产品其他组成没有影响;使用前者液化气产品中,丙烯和异丁烯质量分数较后者增加;使用前者每年多创效817.81万元。
Industrial application of Super OlefinsMax type assistant for producing more propylene in RFCCU of Wuhan Company was introduced.The results showed that this assistant had high activity and superior wear resistance.Compared with L type propylene assistant,Super OlefinsMax could increase the yield of liquid petroleum gas(LPG),without any affection on the other components of the products at the same time.Using Super OlefinsMax,the mass fraction of propylene and isobutylene in products was more than that of using L type assistant.
