摘要
在两段提升管催化裂化装置上,当粗汽油回炼量为6.5 t/h时,加入占催化剂藏量为5%的LTB-2增产丙烯助剂,可使丙烯收率提高1.59个百分点,总液收率提高0.39个百分点,汽油质量得到改善。在增产丙烯助剂添加量保持不变的条件下,当粗汽油回炼量由0增加到8.9 t/h时,丙烯收率由5.02%提高到7.40%。此外,增加粗汽油回炼量,有利于改善汽油质量,但干气和焦炭的收率增加,总液收率下降。
In two-stage riser catalytic cracking unit,gasoline property was improved,propylene yield was increased by 1.59 percent point and total liquid yield was increased by 0.39 percent point through adding 5% LTB-2 type propylene-additive of catalyst inventory,when the rude gasoline recycling was 6.5t/h.As the rude gasoline recycling raised from 0 to 8.9t/h,the propylene yield increased from 5.02%to 7.40%.Increasing the rude gasoline recycling was also favorable to the quality of gasoline,the dry gas and coke yield increased and the total liquid yield decreased.
