摘要
以顺丁烯二酸酐和苯胺为原料,研究在催化剂作用下合成N苯基马来酰亚胺的新工艺,考察了原料配比、催化剂的选择及用量、温度等因素对反应结果的影响.合成N-PMI的最佳工艺条件为:顺酐与苯胺质量配比为1.06 1,催化剂用量为0.35(g/g中间体),反应温度为55℃,反应时间为4 h.在最佳工艺下产品收率可达92%以上.产品纯度可达99%以上.
The process for the synthesis of N-phenylmaleimide which comprises reacting maleic anhydride with aniline in two steps at low temperature is studied. The influences of the ratio of aniline to maleic anhydride, amount of acetone, amount of dehydrating agent, amount of catalyst, reaction temperature and reaction time on the reaction results are analyzed. More than 92% of product yield and 99% of production purity can be reached under the optimal process conditions:the quality ratio of MA to phenyl-amine is 1.06 to 1, the amour of catalyst is 0.35 g/g, reaction temperature is 55 ℃ and reaction time is 4 h.
