摘要
依据我国及世界各国特高压输电研究成果,前苏联特高压输电线路运行经验,结合我国的特高压输电试验示范工程的特点以及我国开展带电作业50余年的经验,对1 000 kV交流特高压输电线路建成投运后的运行维护以及带电作业所需进行的基础研究、作业人员的安全防护、防护用具、作业方式、作业工具等进行了论述,指出了当前应立即开展的工作。
According to the research achievements of special high voltage all over the world and the operation experiences of the former Soviet Union on the special high-voltage transmission line, and combining our own eountry＇s special high-voltage demonstration projects features with fifty years＂ experiences of charged operation together, this article discusses the following aspects： the operation maintenance to the 1 000 kV exchange special high-voltage transmission line and the basic researches of charged operation, operations personnel security and protection, protective equipments, operational modality, operational tools and so on. Moreover, it indicates that some relative jobs need to be immediately launched.
