摘要
采用真型模拟塔对甘肃炳-和-银330kV三分裂输电线路工程的ZMS1型猫头直线塔进行了4种带电作业方式的试验研究。通过模拟人在塔窗中不同位置时的操作冲击放电电压以及修正的高海拔参数,校核了各种带电作业方式的危险率和安全距离。研究表明,有3种带电作业方式是安全可行的:①人乘绝缘斗从塔侧进入中相导线;②人沿水平硬梯从塔侧进入中相导线;③人通过软梯从中相导线悬挂点以外3m处由地面向上进入中相,然后沿中相导线进入中相悬挂点。在该线路上进行带电作业时,推荐相对地最小安全距离不小于2.1m。
The experimental investigation of four hot-line work modes for ZMS1 tangent tower in 330kV transmission line, whose lines of each phase are split into three conductors, from Binling via Heping to Baiyin in Gansu Province was conducted by the simulated tower head with actual size. With modified high-altitude parameters and by means of simulating the discharging voltage of switching impulse when the worker is in differnet position of tower window; the hazard rates and safe distances under various hot-line work modes are verified. Simulation results show that following three kinds of hot-line work modes are safe and feasible: (A) The worker enters tower window and is close to the conductors of intermediate phase from the side of the tower by insulated bucket; (B) The worker enters tower window and closes up to the conductor of intermediate phase "from the side of the tower by horizontal hard ladder; (C) At the position on the ground, whose horizontal distance to the location beneath the suspension point of conductors of intermediate phase is 3m, the worker climbs to the conductors by robe ladder, and then reaches their suspension point along the conductors of intermediate phase. When hot-line work is being conducted, the recommended minimum safe distance between phase conductor and the ground should not be less then 2.1m.
