造血干细胞移植治疗乳腺癌研究进展

Advancement on hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in breast cancer treatment

摘要 乳腺癌对化放疗敏感,常规的综合治疗可使相当部分患者长期无病生存,但对复发和高危乳腺癌患者效果不佳。造血干细胞移植(HSCT)技术为晚期、高危乳腺癌的治疗带来了新的选择。 Breast cancer is sensitive to chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Most breast cancer patients can acquire survival benefit from the conventional regimen, but it is not satisfied for those recurrent and high-risk breast cancer patients. Hematopoietic stem cell transplantation is a new selection for recurrent and high-risk breast cancer patients.
