摘要
Granger(格兰杰)因果关系检验表明:西北三省产业结构变动和经济增长之间存在单向长期因果关系,但无明显的中短期单向Granger因果关系;产业部门分解模型实证证明了该地区经济增长主要依靠一、二产业,第三产业发展缓慢,产业结构转换仍滞后于总量增长的要求。因此要加快产业结构调整,扩大第三产业产出在国内生产总值中的比重,引导西北三省经济快速且良性增长。
Using the Granger test of causality and linear economic models, the authors in this paper states the relationship between three province＇s industrial structure and economic growth in the past 25 years. This study shows that there really exists one-orientated causality between the industrial structure and economic growth ,i. e. the former can promote the latter, but the latter can＇t change the former. The study also shows that increasing the third industrial ratio in the GDP can lead three province＇s economy to grow well.
